How quickly do you start after a snowfall?
We respond quickly and handle urgent sites also in the evenings and at weekends. We agree on a site-specific way of working in advance, so that yards are safe already in the morning.
Do you have your own fleet?
Yes – we have around 20 vans as well as the tools needed for the work.
Can a contract be made for the winter season only?
Yes. We make both full-season contracts and individual assignments as needed.
Is your contractor's obligations compliance in order?
It is. We belong to Vastuu Group's Luotettava Kumppani programme and we meet the requirements of the Act on the Contractor's Obligations.
Do you remove the snow and icicles from the roof?
Yes – roof snow removal is one of our specialities. We remove roof snow and icicles safely, cordon off the work area and make sure that falling snow or ice causes no danger. When needed, we inspect the site in advance.
Who is responsible for snow and ice falling from the roof?
The property owner and occupier are responsible for ensuring that snow or ice falling from the roof does not endanger passers-by. We help housing companies and property owners take care of this responsibility in good time and safely.
How is winter maintenance priced?
The most common approach is hourly pricing, but we also offer fixed contract prices and seasonal contracts. Our clients are mainly companies and housing companies, so we quote prices excluding VAT (VAT 0%); for private customers we quote prices including VAT.
