Questions from business clients

How quickly can I get workers?+

For urgent needs a worker can start within the same day or two. Typically we agree on the start during the needs assessment – tell us your preferred start date on the form and we can respond right away.

What does a staffing solution cost?+

The price depends on the nature of the work, its duration and the number of workers. We provide a clear hourly-rate or contract quote based on the needs assessment – with no commitments. Get in touch and we'll give you a price estimate tailored to your need.

How are contractor's liability and insurance handled?+

Our contractor's liability is in order and we belong to Vastuu Group's Reliable Partner programme. We hold valid liability insurance, and we take care of workers' permits, taxes and occupational health. Our workers hold the required cards, such as the Valtti card, Tieturva 1 (road safety) and the Occupational Safety card.

Can I hire just workers, or supervision too?+

Both are possible. You can hire just the workers and manage the work yourself, bring in a lead hand or supervisor, or hand the whole job over to us as subcontracting. You'll find the models in more detail on the Services page.

What if a worker isn't a good fit for the task?+

We'll replace them with a more suitable worker as quickly as possible. We follow how the assignment is going on a regular basis so that issues are resolved before they have a chance to grow.
